I've played Ryzom somewhere between 2.5 and 2.8 years, mostly on Arispotle but Leanon recently became my home. Also played many other games for varying amounts of time, particularly Horizons, which I've been playing for the past several months alongside Ryzom. But Horizons hasn't quite felt sandboxy enough, so today I finally subscribed to EVE Online, which I've always had respect for and have tried on several occasions. It may be a sufficiently comfortable place for me to pass the time until Ryzom's liquidation completes or W.E.L.L. is playable, whichever comes first.

Looking forward to the same things in W.E.L.L. that I've enjoyed in Ryzom: RP, exploration, crafting, etc.

Funny to think that it was your post there that put me on to WELL. STO is starting to p^&% me off. So much bickering and in-fighting. And pretty much turning into another piece of sh&t mmo. So happy that I came across WELL, even if STO comes out first. This just gives me more hope for the future!

I'm guessing you're spreading the word of WELL in many places, right? If so, it's the right thing to do!!!

Star Trek Online? That would have been released in 2010 even if the developers hadn't gone bankrupt. As for now...

My MMO lineup for the next few years in roughly chronological order is:
PotBS, AoC, WAR, WELL, Stargate Worlds, Jumpgate Evolution, Huxley, ...., Star Trek Online

If any of these is amazing, the line might stop there

BTW I played in A Tale In The Desert, EVE online, Lineage 2 until I hit upon Saga of Ryzom. When things started to fall apart there I tried Last Chaos and now play (sometimes) Archlord. The community is horrible there, but the graphics is nice and its a big world to explore. Not something to stick to.
I recently tried to get into Vanguard, but I dont get past the character selection. So I guess my graphics card finally met his better.

How is ATitD now? I played a bit in the alpha/beta stages and it was pretty fun. I've been worried about it having degenerated into a quick and effortless race to the top by the people who played before with every restart. Do they change the progression up?

Howdy, everyone. Another Ryzom player -Akaeris on Arispotle. I was on and off ryzom for years, but my most memorable times were with the Order of the Nameless with Komissar.

This game looks like it has a ton of potential, so i will be trying it out ASAP.
