Ok i am having a second go at this:
The devs asked me again to give them names and emails of those who would like to be moderators for the official forums.
Please bear in mind that there we will need to keep it all in an iron fists - fast reaction - warning and bans aplenty. Spammers and other jerks are to be expected in numbers alas...
So who's up for the task please post here - we need 3 volunteers.

What kind of dedication are they looking for? As long as I don't have to hover over the board 24/7 I wouldn't mind helping out. My current schedule unfortunately only leaves me with time later in the afternoon (about 2PM to 12AM EST ish) and the weekends. I usually stop by during class where I have net access and the like anyway though.

Forums have gone very quiet ... anything happening or is Komi on holiday? If an official forum got up and running WITH LINKS on the main russian page, things might get a bit busier ... any news on that?

Had a conversation with their head of PR dept. today. He took the interview questions from me and the names of the moderators. So it is finally budging... edit: It worked fast: They have created an english section in the official russian forums here: forum.wellonline.com/index.php?c=10Moderators: Komi, Zarozina, Nightblade, Misscreant They are working on the english registartion form. |
