2. There will be a rent-a-car service (some kind of rented transport)

3. There will be personal transport (mechanical and biomechanical)
First you need to complete a series of quests to receive your driver's license, then you buy your own transport allthough it seems that it'll be rather expensive.

It will be possible to have traffic accidents and car crashes as well as stuck traffic in the cities
